A Wellness Program manager (PM) contributes to AHF by providingstrategic leadership and oversight at their all-in-one wellness and healthcarecenter. They actively co-lead cross-functional teams alongside the

Medical Director, Nurse Manager, and Site Manager, ensuringeffective management of day-to-day operations, employeeengagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives. This dedicationguarantees the seamless delivery of care in alignment with AHF'sobjectives of retention and census growth.

The PM's leadershipextends across patient growth and retention, client experience, andoperational performance. The PM also serves as the primaryfinancial performance manager in collaboration with AHF's revenuecycle team. In addition to these responsibilities, the Program Managerplays a crucial role in policy development, process improvement, andcultivating relationships with service providers enhancing the overallwellness and healthcare experience for AHF's clients.

A Program Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as adedicated patient advocate committed to removing obstacles tocare. Collaborating closely with the Medical Director, NurseManager, and Site Manager, the Program Manager ensures the all-in-one wellness and healthcare center operates seamlessly bychampioning a patient-centric approach and actively fostering asupportive environment for both the healthcare team and thepatients.
