General Responsibilities Provides direct supervision to Adult Services staff. Ensures all program goals are met, all regulatory requirements are followed, and all staff duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner and ensures the cleanliness and safety of the homes. #Lyons and Carriage Schedule:#Sunday- Thursday 1pm-9pm (with on call responsibilities) Starting Salary:#$49,920.00 (+) based on years of experience # Basic Qualifications Education/Training: Bachelor#s degree required.

Prior experience with ABA and/or specialized populations required. Must successfully complete ABA training upon hire. Certification as a BCBA preferred.

Willingness to work toward BCBA certification required. Certifications/Licensure: A valid US driver#s license and a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old.

Successful completion of employer provided certification in CPR, First Aid, Crisis Intervention and Prevention. Skill(s): Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must possess strong teaching skills and the ability to implement function-based interventions for the reduction of challenging behaviors and to aid in continued learning and development of those we serve.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required. Strong communication skills, both written and oral are required. Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills are also required.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in a residential or special education setting or working in the behavior analytic field. Familiarity with special education and the special needs and requirements of individuals with acquired brain injury, neurological disorders, and autism spectrum disorders is highly preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
