We are seeking a natural leader with high-energy to serve as Program Manager for one of our Oak Hills & Cincinnati school locations!

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of educators and/or assistant teachers to ensure the delivery of engaging, interactive educational experiences and curriculum
  • Develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, & PTA organizations in order to provide the best care for children and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff compliance with district-specific policies and procedures
  • Maintain excellent communication with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Lead the educator and assistant teacher team in organizing program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observations
  • Manage and order supplies as needed according to curriculum
  • Meet and report regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance


  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • A passion and drive that inspire a love for learning & the ability to engage children in learning activities in a fun and interactive way
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • College coursework in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES * Process Improvement Develop and seek opportunities to collaborate with FCVS personnel and the State Medical Board of Ohio to better improve the application process. Serve as project consultant in the design and implementation of application and reappointment data. Find innovative ways to improve efficiency of licensing processes and software. * Delegation Develop, maintain, and monitor a comprehensive delegation plan for each client. Prepare and administer all credentialing audits. Assist in the planning and design, to include a gap assessment, outcome measurement, and impact of each audit. Develop training materials and checklists. Develop systems to meet the requirements of these accrediting entities in regards to the credentialing process and performance improvement initiatives. * Communication Keep key leadership, administrative staff and other stakeholders fully informed of all updates related to all delegated functions. Develop, maintain and monitor reporting systems to be shared with various divisions/departments. Direct enrollment reporting as required by payors. Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing and enrollment data sent to all third parties. Responsible for all flat files to third parties. * Collaboration Partner with stakeholders such as revenue cycle management, IT, and Planning and Business Development, ensure medical staff services is effectively evaluating and partnering to develop systems that identify track and analyze measures to assess the effectiveness of resource and providers throughout the delegation process. * Process Improvement Develop and seek opportunities to collaborate with the MSS team and third party personnel to better improve the delegated process. Find innovative ways to improve efficiency of various tasks and processes.
