Program Manager

Description:

Seeking a qualified PM. Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Ability to manage lifecycle projects

Manage the work request system used by design teams, ensuring smooth operations.

Oversee ticket intake and triage processes.

Monitor work requests from inception to resolution, fostering stakeholder collaboration.

Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) through diligent monitoring and report generation.

Enhance ticketing system infrastructure and metrics capabilities.

Develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).

Knowledge in excel, formulas, setup pivots etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree

• 4+ years of Program Management experience overseeing project lifecycle, tracking key performance metrics and driving stakeholder engagement.

• Experience developing streamlined processes and workflows using various program management tools including Visio, Smartsheet, MS Project and Gantt chart creation

• 2 + year of experience developing detailed technical documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, onboarding documentation, and business review reports.

• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and Kanban workflow management.

• Analytical skills with proficiency using Excel (analysis using aggregate functions, advanced formulas and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Smartsheet capabilities (nested formulas, dynamic dashboards and reports, cross-sheet referencing, pivots and automation)

• Experience analyzing datasets, summarizing insights, and communicating key findings to stakeholders.

• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.

• Familiarity creating and updating websites with HTML (Hypertext Markup Language)
