Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

We are looking for a proven, seasoned technical program manager to assist in developing and manage solutions drive operational excellence. You will support the team that is chartered with creating engineering systems that developers use for application and service development; service management platform that automates majority of operational activities, and analytics instrumentation that provides deep insights into service and customer behavior.
About the Role:
As a TPM, you will apply engineering and program management skills, working in concert with stakeholders across the various SaaS product teams, as well as services across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure organization, to fulfill the business and operational objectives of the SaaS unit as it migrates to OCI. This role has executive level visibility and interaction. The role requires a seasoned and mature individual with excellent communication skills and an attention to detail.
Drive a portfolio of operational programs aimed at improving availability of infrastructure services supporting the SaaS Cloud platform and ensure all programs, existing and future, have operational improvements or development programs aligned with their roadmaps
Engage with business stakeholders to perform needs assessments, understand use cases, and document requirements
Apply project management discipline to develop plans, define scope, document requirements, and manage budget/schedule/resources for a complex group of projects
Develop and maintain a body of dashboards representing metrics/KPIs/SLOs coordinated and agreed upon between the SaaS and IaaS organizations
Orchestrate an engagement framework which integrates the various SaaS organizations into operational improvement efforts
Partner with OCI Services to meet and raise the operational bar with appropriate processes, enhancements, and solutions
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms

Coordinate the development and maintenance of metrics and KPIs that speak to the operational health of services that support the SaaS cloud platform

5 years of experience supporting the development and/or operations in a cloud environment, or technical background that enables you to understand networking
5 years of project/program management experience
Bachelors degree or higher, or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
Experience with Scrum, Lean and other agile practices and methodologies
