Ensure that all employees' skills and abilities grow throughout the lifecycle of this contract and that each level of oversight should encompass the skills and abilities of their subordinate levels.
Plan, direct and coordinate activities of the customer service representatives and their supervisors.
Assign customer service representatives to functional areas as appropriate.
Provide oversight of services provided to all WRNMMC departments that provide clinical and systems support to the patient care areas.
Direct contract employees and recommends personnel actions including scheduling, performance management, deployment, and corrective action.
Oversee the compilation, preparation, analysis and distribution of appropriate reports and is cognizant of trends. Recommend appropriate actions and conclusions.
Maintain open communications with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Medical Center key personnel to ensure that the services provided meet the required standards.
Ensure that all policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by all contract employees.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein and as directed by the COR. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines to include but not limited to HIPAA, Joint Commission, and OSHA as well as MTF and hospital regulations.
Develop and implement new programs and/or services according to MTF priorities.
Must possess all skills necessary to ensure that elite customer service is provided by all employees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Shall have a positive attitude, excellent inter-personal skills, tact, problem solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize competing situations in the best interests of WRNMMC and its beneficiary population.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Inventory/Property accountability procedures
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with other team members
Exhibit excellent oral and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Shall have at least two years of hospitality experience including one year of supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
Must possess a total of at least four years of management and supervisory experience.
Must possess at least a bachelor's of business administration, marketing, or another related field.
Must possess a current Project Management Professional certification
