Individual shall be responsible to ensure that Statements of Work (SOWs), Order Forms, Quotes, and corresponding documentation with Vendors align and are followed through completion and billing correctly. This includes familiarity with the technical requirements and work being performed to ensure all are within scope, appropriately documented, staffed, financially managed, and delivered to support the Government Agency requirements.
Individual shall be responsible to assist in reviewing customer requirements for service and material requests and validating SOW's submitted by the Government. This includes confirming the Location Codes and deliverable address on the request, tracking RFQs through the bid & proposal process, maintaining accurate project execution schedules, and that all services provisioned are accurate, consistent, and entered into the appropriate external and internal databases.
Individual will assist customer with special projects as they arise and may include asset management/inventory tracking. This would involve tasks to maintain asset documentation for records of equipment, vendor assignment documentation, spare inventory, installation design plans, project documentation, site survey assessments, work status information, customer contact information, contractual agreements, as well as, financial budgeting, actual costs, financial analysis documents. Assists with a full realm of administrative support services and coordinates with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Additionally, this resource will be interacting with project subcontractors, resource management and consolidating project reports for the customer to ensure everyone is well informed of status. Accountable for maintaining the project tracking sheet for internal use, customer use, and vendor management. The individual will serve as the principal point of contact at the work site for the company, and will provide technical support involving multiple tasks/projects to include, but not limited to, the following:
Direct and/or supervise personnel.
Provide management support in the form of organization, direction, coordination, plan, and execution of all program technical support activities.
Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures.
Establish and alter management structure as necessary to effectively direct program/technical support.
Meet and confer with government officials regarding status of program/technical activities and progress.
May provide expertise in the field of resolution of problems, issues, and/or conflicts
The ASOD designs, develops, implements, and maintains a myriad of tools and systems to support the USDA's overall security efforts inclusive of the USDA's CDM Phase 1 implementation. CDM systems are primarily located at the USDA's data center in Kansas City, MO with some deployment to USDA agency networks. Due to the need for physical interaction with the systems, many of the tasks will be required to be performed in Kansas City, MO with the potential for some exceptions on a case-by-case basis to be determined by the ISC management. The Contractor shall assist ISC with the following tasks:
Coordinate contractor engineering activity with ISC federal staff.
Collaborates between ISC and contractor staff to ensure reporting and deliverable requirements are produced.
Ensuring all change and configuration management procedures are adhered to by the CDM engineering support personnel.
