We're seeking a technical Program Manager who will partner with our executive management to build, own and drive several programs in our worldwide IP Pre-sales application engineering (FAE) organization. Our Silicon IP business is all about integrating more capabilities into an SoC-faster. Responsibilities

• Project manage and drive key, complex engagements to closure in conjunction with the FAEs

• Acts as the focal point of contact to cross-functional teams spanning geographical and organizational boundaries

• Own executive level communications & reporting for complex engagements

• Build & deploy processes and tools to support engagements from RFI to Closure

• Collect best practices in the team and drive business operations teams to systematize

• Drive other organizational initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 8-12 years of related professional experience Or Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.

• Solid technical background in an area applicable to SoC development, such as design, validation, test, quality, etc.

• Prior program management experience in the semiconductor industry (or related role). Knowledge of SoC design lifecycle is a must. Silicon IP knowledge is a plus

• Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills

• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at various management levels

• Excellent risk identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills, including ability to provide coverage and contribution to peers

• Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM and associated data analytics is a plus

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $137,000-$205,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
