The E2E Scrum Master will own, advocate, and teach Agile (Scrum) processes within several teams to drive successful project launches for the organization. The successful candidate will combine agile methodology skills, project management, and relationship skills to work across the organization to ensure that we are working as one team on the right priorities to achieve our overarching digital strategy. The candidate would be responsible for implementing and executing the Agile and iterative delivery framework to teams outside of technology in an effort to address process, procedure and policy. The candidate will also play a key role in managing and leading the implementation of process improvements for our End to End agile program framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organize and facilitate daily Agile Ceremonies including; Daily stand-up, weekly working sessions, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Identify and work closely with our partners across the Global Consumer Bank to ensure that all appropriate teams so they are represented in the Scrum meetings while practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability.

  • Ensure that the team is following the Agile SDLC process/framework, look for opportunities to continuously improve quality, delivery and process while removing impediments from their team

  • Produce, track and communicate sprint/release and team metrics and performance to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Manage scrum master items that include owning Sprint/Release calendar management, sprint planning, helping the team make appropriate commitments through story sizing and task definition, and leading effective retrospectives.

  • Prioritize the most impactful work on the team by working with the Product Owner to determine ROI (e.g. cost benefits analysis) and manage the product backlog to maximize benefits.

  • Protect the team from outside interference, removing impediments, and ensure that the work is delivered as a team.

  • Create and maintain the backlog, roadmap, book of work and creating best practices for the program


  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus

  • Preferred Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM or PMI-ACP) or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of Scrum master or similar project management experience in a highly collaborative environment with knowledge of digital technology applications and software development lifecycle preferred

  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment with diverse personality types with the ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority

  • Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work independently

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complexity or details

  • Process re-engineering experience with ability to identify and manage risks/issues

  • Strong process orientation with an innovative, problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Detail oriented and processes the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines;

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment
