Job Responsibilities
Perform professional program administration work of an introductory nature in preparation for career advancement
Perform entry-level professional program administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
Utilize Microsoft Office software including Microsoft project to maintain program artifacts and other electronic information
Prepare routine reports with program management guidance
Manage, organize, and update relevant program management data using database applications
Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials
Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to communicate successfully orally and in writing
Ability to efficiently utilize standard office software and computer equipment
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
U.S. Citizenship or Dual Citizenship required.
