Overview

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST (VOPS-2024-20938)

Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program management support/analyses to the Aegis Baseline 5.4 project team at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).

Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Senior Technical Lead (STL) for the Aegis BMD Legacy Baselines.

• Analyze, evaluate, and edit Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) data for monthly performance metrics for government leads.

• Schedule and coordinate Classified Video Teleconferences (CVTC) and Teams meetings with both government and government contractor organizations.

• Attend meetings weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly in support of Baseline Senior Technical Lead's requirements.

• Organize meeting planning and recording meeting minutes for distribution to government team.

• Review, edit, and monitor deliverables to ensure compliance with Baseline project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Science

• Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs

• Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis

• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts

• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
