As a program management analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a program management analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, and customers..

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with program management

• 5+ years of experience with program management applications, including Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (O5 PdM)

• Experience with providing support to organizational, administrative, and manpower efforts

• Experience with performing business and administrative planning, organizing, and coordinating actions to accomplish overall program objectives

• Experience with preparing and staffing briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets

• Ability to provide management support, including staff action tracking, literature and reference material searches, organization, management and archiving of computer-based files, preparation of memoranda and documentation, processing deliverables, and assists in the preparation of briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets

• Ability to provide a variety of program management analysis, development, and sustainment of Strategic Plans, Programs and Policies (SPPP) regarding development, production, and sustainment efforts for PM Tactical Network

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with data analytics

• Knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts

• Ability to publish, distribute, and revise planning schedules for key activities, milestones, and critical path dependencies for development and fielding for PM Tactical Network

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• PMP Certification

• DAWIA advanced Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
