Program Management Analyst

You'll collaborate with program leadership and manage regular interactions with Technical Direction Leads (TDL). Success in program management operations requires effective communication skills that ensure the program achieves numerous and complex objectives, in compliance with contract requirements, and with assurance of established quality standards. You'll use your skills and expertise to communicate processes, track status across multiple initiatives, manage staff onboarding and training, and lead development and submission of task order deliverables. You will capture data, compile, analyze, and report the status of inputs of functional subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, directorates, and subordinate commands, and assist in the training, evaluation, and certification activities supporting the several client enablers. Quality assurance requires working knowledge of the contract, Booz Allen, and client requirements. Elements of quality delivery include well-written, concise, and relevant documents, reports, presentations, and client and contract deliverables. The PMO offers a collaborative, energetic and professional environment that provides a foundation and opportunities to grow management capabilities and to put leadership skills into practice.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with project support
Experience writing, proofing, and editing communications and client deliverables, including in verbal, visual, and written forms
Experience supporting government contracts
Experience with knowledge management and information management
Experience with standard business applications, including Office 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to maintain a reliable and consistent approach to remote work ethic, including active participation in an established cadence of virtual meetings
Ability to commit to and fully participate in a collaborative, focused, and professional PMO team
Ability to demonstrate an adaptable and flexible approach toward following established protocol, and apply a proactive approach to driving solutions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
