Job Description:

We need a hard charging Product Line Manager for our PLP business unit to help us continue to grow our Automotive Ethernet business. This high impact Product Line Manager will be responsible for taking our leadership in networking and automotive products to the next level, which includes Ethernet based Microcontroller and Switch products. As a Product Line manager, you will work with customers, technologists, and engineering to increase the penetration of our products into the Automotive Networking Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver a total market solution, including silicon, reference hardware, software and documentation

  • Create product launch plans, including positioning, pricing, customer and sales collateral and customer and channel training

  • Drive design wins: work with sales force to identify, track and drive to close design opportunities

  • Develop strong customer relationship with strategic OEM accounts in the market. Marshal the management, marketing, and engineering resources of the business unit to ensure success

  • Plan software roadmap and partner portfolio by working with customers, sales, FAEs, and design team. Perform market analysis and competitive comparisons.

  • Manage product line revenue and margin, establish product pricing, monthly forecasting, contribute to business plans, conduct competitive analysis and manage entire product life cycle

  • Support product change, die revisions, errata notification and EOL process. In addition ensure stable pre-production and production supply via forecasting, inventory/buffer management

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Business development of networking semiconductor products. Must have at least one equivalent title of: Product Marketing Manager/Director, or Product Line Manager/Director. New Business development experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with Ethernet and Processor market and technology is essential, and familiarity with Automotive networking is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with Real Time Operating System used for Automotive applications a strong plus

  • Must have proven product definition experience with successful products

  • Comprehensive background in semiconductor design necessary to evaluate product tradeoffs for schedule, manufacturing cost, power and total development cost.

  • Minimum of 12 years of marketing experience (at least 3 years of which should include experience in managing a revenue base and complex products)

  • Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to execute under aggressive schedules

  • Bachelor degree in EE or Computer Science required. Masters degree in EE or Computer Science or MBA is a strong plus.

Must have skills and understanding of:

  • Design Win process

  • Pricing (competitive analysis of costs, market value, Bill-of-materials)

  • Product promotion (OEM and distribution channel)

  • Negotiation of pricing and contracts

Leadership requirements:

  • Ability to handle fast pace and pressure environment

  • Strong initiative and self-starter attitude

  • Distinct accomplishment that clearly contributed to increased revenue

The ITSM Release Manager supports the deployment of applications and assists IT governance and operations. Responsibilities: * Plans and organizes the cumulative Release of internal software applications and supporting platforms that support the business and its customers. * Communicates and coordinates the Release tasks against a standard timeline to support agile sprint cycles. * Gathers resources required for Pre-Release, during the Release, and Post-Release Validation (PRV) that will be needed to support deployment depending on third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned Releases, and infrastructure updates. * Identifies the risks against defect severity criteria that can delay the Release and manages mitigation plans. * Schedules the Release Readiness Review before deployment to prepare for the Change Advisory Board (CAB) review and acceptance on a weekly basis. * Leads and communicates activities in support of Go-Live execution and deploys software successfully. * Partners with IT Operations to evaluate, recommend, and implement IT Service Management process improvements related to Release Management and how it best integrates with current processes related to Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management. * Maintains documents and control reports related to procedures on build and release activities, notifications, and dependencies in a centralized location. * Partners with related teams responsible for building automation tools used to develop and deploy software in an organized, routine procedure with controls and risk mitigation steps to ensure a successful Release. * Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: * Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position. * Strong working knowledge of implementation, operationalization, and continuous service improvement of IT Service Management processes. * Excellent communication with the ability to engage all levels of the organization. * Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Effective organizational and time management skills. * Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments. * Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis. * Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management. * Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed. * Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations. * Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties. * Bachelor's Degree preferred, and a minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in a similar role having responsibility managing process and/or Project Management. * ITIL certifications or training. * Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, Knowledge Management, and ITOM modules. * Hands on experience creating and maintaining business relationships. * Experience with agile and scrum processes and methodologies a plus.
