Job Description
Griffon Aerospace seeks a skilled Program Integrator in Madison, Alabama to support the development of our latest UAS products through effective program coordination. This role demands proactive management of program requirements and events, requiring a track record of reliability, trustworthiness, and support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in coordinating meetings, schedules, and organizational responses, fostering internal continuous improvement initiatives within the program.
Responsibilities
Manage the calendar for program leadership and support personnel, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing inquiries to ensure seamless contractual execution.
Coordinate all aspects of meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda drafting, compiling, and distributing program documents for review, and recording meeting minutes.
Perform diverse administrative tasks to enhance the Program Manager's leadership effectiveness, such as supporting special projects, creating complex documents, reports, and presentations, and preparing information for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to program management, including sensitive and classified matters.
Analyze situations and recommend appropriate actions aligned with the Program Manager's preferences and organizational policies, tracking progress through to completion.
Maintain regular communication with senior leadership, operations teams, and program integration and functional area groups, ensuring timely exchange of information and documentation.
Monitor and report on project statuses by coordinating with points of contact and organizational stakeholders, providing accurate daily updates to clients and authorized personnel.
Develop and manage an Integrated Master Schedule for ongoing projects, prioritizing resource allocation to meet established Cost/Schedule/Performance objectives.
Identify, document, and report Cost/Schedule/Performance risks to the Program Manager, updating risk assessments based on program changes and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions.
Communicate program expectations and requirements to all personnel, promptly notifying stakeholders of potential or actual changes that could impact scope, budget, schedule, or design.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support program objectives effectively.
Skills
Possess or be eligible for a transferrable DoD security clearance and able to maintain it throughout employment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Project.
Bachelor's degree and five years or ten years of relevant experience supporting military programs.
Comprehensive understanding of DoD systems acquisition and program management principles, policies, and practices as outlined in AR 70-1, DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, and DoD 7000-14. Familiarity with DoD roles and relationships.
Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of development or production programs.
Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of developing high-quality acquisition and program documentation including briefings, reports, and plans.
