Program Financial Analyst

Sealing Tech is looking for a Program Financial Analyst to join the team! The Program Financial Analyst will report to the Program Manager and oversee all program financial data in support of our NIWC-Atlantic customer. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create financial forecasts and models to support program planning and decision-making.

• Analyze data and prepare reports to anticipate and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities.

• Work with program manager to address financial issues and optimize resource allocation.

• Ensure that program adheres to government and financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with program manager and other stakeholders to develop program budgets.

• Identify and communicate any significant budget variances.

• Develop and update financial forecasts based on program progress and changes in scope.

• Other relevant tasks as assigned by the Program Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of financial analyst/other relevant experience

• Strong understanding of business finance and analytics

• Experience with Government Contracting/Budgeting

• Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Expert in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• US Citizen required, eligible for clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

• Experience using Unanet or similar accounting system.

This role has an internal job title of Financial Analyst II OR III. Salary Range: $70K-$100K and potential to qualify for bonuses. The anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
