Description: Beasley Media Group in Fayetteville, NC is looking for a dynamic and creative leader to be our next Program Director at our Soft AC, HD 94.3.

The ideal candidate must understand the audience, and have the creative passion and drive to make the station stand out from the pack. You must have a sense of urgency, strong technical skills to manage network syndication, and creative promo writing skills to guide station imaging and keep it fresh and relevant to the current news cycle. You must work well in a team environment, possess the ability to lead and inspire those around you, work well with the sales department, keep imaging fresh, and create and execute promotions that will generate buzz and curiosity about the station.

Candidate should have prior on-air experience and the ability to perform a weekday morning on-air shift. The candidate will also be a local content creator, engaging with our audience on multiple platforms including on-air and writing on website and socials.
