We are seeking a Program Director, Provider Resources Management to:
Lead the system design, implementation, and maintenance of a new enterprise-wide provider resource management system.
Facilitate development of operational program-level standards, design workflows and processes to populate, optimize, and maintain provider schedules, and oversee creation of technical configuration to support efficient enterprise-wide provider resource management.
Provide status updates to management on means to achieve access goals and resolve patient service issues.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Exemplary oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills.
Strong negotiation and delegation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
