Who we are looking for:

POSSIBLE NY is looking for a Program Director with breadth and depth of expertise to lead large multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver integrated client solutions for a product driven account. The right candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of digital project management tools and approaches to manage complex projects, and the flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to solve our client's most challenging business problems. This candidate will understand the agile framework and how to manage delivery and strategy teams within this structure. You have the strength and ability to transition from being a leader to being a doer based on the needs of the account.

What you'll do:

  • Structure and manage integrated, multi-track projects and programs of multiple projects. Lead the development and tracking of integrated project plans.

  • Establish and maintain project and/or program communications. Oversee project estimations and staffing recommendations.

  • Oversee project managers in the development of project deliverables. Set project quality and performance standards.

  • Assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects within your program.

  • Partner with other project discipline leaders to lead large teams. Build and structure the project team to ensure maximum performance. Provide purpose, direction and motivation to team.

  • Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction in partnership with Account Management. Manage peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).

  • Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (i.e. news events, trends, mergers, etc.).

  • Ensure that all documentation and reporting are done in a correct and timely manner for each project in your program (status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, resource requests, weekly budget summaries).

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience leading client projects and teams in a digital creative agency.

  • Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to clients and ability to lead project teams.

  • Agile certification is a plus. Must have experience working in Agile.

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects, $6MM+ worth of business, and major client relationships.

  • Experience in managing remote teams.

  • Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good understanding of emerging web standards, user-centered design, optimization and search practices. Proven web experience, and interface and architecture knowledge.

  • Retail, eCommerce, and consumer brand marketing experience are highly desired.

  • PMP certification and successful implementation of Agile a plus.

  • Experience creating and managing agile scopes vs. waterfall scopes is a plus.

You'll be responsible for directing all aspects of the on-air product, including coaching & supervising the on air staff and to expand the Network's digital assets including streaming, podcasts and website.
