Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care in Milford as the Program Director of Home Based Services!

The Program Director manages the clinical and administrative functions of our home-based program which provides comprehensive youth and family support services in the Metro Boston area. The Director plans, directs and participates in the daily operation of our In Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring and Department of Mental Health Flexible support services ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and staff support and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of care for youth and families served. The team is a diverse, dynamic and passionate group consisting of clinicians and outreach workers.

Our home based program addresses the emotional and behavioral difficulties facing children, while simultaneously working to improve family dynamics. We provide personalized strategies to promote the child's healthy behavior at home, in the community, and at school. This program also supports the whole family including parents, caregivers, and other children in the home who may also be affected.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus:
$500.00 at hire and $500.00 after you complete 12 months of service

Required Skills

Required Experience

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline; Independent clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)

  • Three years management/supervisory and operations/administrative experience in a similar mental health or human services setting

  • Six years' clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting with minimum of three years child specific clinical work

Under the direction of the EVS Supervisor, performs daily cleaning of patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, corridors, stairwells, elevators, and any other assigned area. CLEANING TECHNIQUES 1.1 After initial training, performs the following cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods: 1 .2 High and low dusting. Dusts horizontal and vertical surfaces. 1 .3 Empties trash receptacles, removes trash, and relines container. 1 .4 Damp wipes/disinfects furniture and surfaces. 1 .5 Cleans and polishes bathroom and bathroom fixtures. 1 .6 Dry mops or vacuums floors. 1 .7 Wet mops/disinfects floors. 1 .8 Burnishes/Refinishes floors. 1 .9 Cleans wall surfaces and windows. 1 .10 Polishes metallic surfaces. 1 .11 Replenishes room supplies. 1 .12 Performs check out or room discharge cleaning. 1 .13 Shampoos carpets. 1 .14 Collects bulk trash from soiled holding areas. 1 .15 Inspects one's own work for quality. * 2. MAINTENANCE & CLEANLINESS 2 .1 Performs all EVS related tasks with the appropriate sense of urgency and customer service orientation. 2 .2 Completes cleaning assignments within acceptable time parameters as established by the department director. 2 .3 After training, measures and dilutes cleaning chemicals appropriately and uses chemicals for their intended use. 2 .4 Maintains assigned equipment and work stations for cleanliness and reports repair needs. 2 .5 Assists in the cleaning of emergency spills when observed or upon request. 2 .6 Observes and reports the general need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures. * 3. SAFETY 3.1 Assure the safety of patients, staff and visitors through enforcement of department safety policies and procedures. 3 .2Adheres to safety requirements when performing jobs using the following: (May include but not limited to) 1. Razors, scrapers 2. Vacuum, Auto Scrubber, Auto Burnisher, High Speed Burnisher 3. Buffer, Extractor 4.
