The Program Director New Markets, Blueprints to Black Wealth will be responsible for supporting the deployment of programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to increase Prudential's ability to authentically connect with and do business with diverse consumers. This role will lead the coordination of end-to-end support to ensure that Prudential sales teams and partners have the training, education, support and resources to meet growth targets for diverse consumer segments. This position will report to the Vice-President of Business Development, Business Growth and Market Expansion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating the advancement of content, tools and resources to build an inclusive learning journey that enables sales teams and ILI customers to effectively engage diverse consumers. They will have an expert ability to handle projects from concept to delivery and have highly developed training, collaboration, presentation and communication skills.

For Hybrid (remove header): The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. For virtual employees in the Atlanta, GA or Detroit, MI area, there will be minimal travel to our global headquarters in Newark, NJ.

What you can expect:

  • Works collaboratively across all of ILI and enterprise partners.

  • Helps to design and implement engagement strategies with ILI customers to enable Blueprints to Black Wealth onboarding and execution.

  • Collaborates with internal and external customers to amplify and implement a sales support and enablement strategy.

  • Supports the creation and deployment of inclusive and culturally proficient training, content, sales messaging, processes, practices and tools to support the sales force.

  • Project manages the execution of foundational and continuous learning programs and seminars. Helps to facilitate the design and deployment of programming.

  • Engages frontline sales managers and sales leadership teams in working with community partnerships that support the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through customer acquisition.

  • Responsible for tracking and analysis of key performance indicators that demonstrate diverse consumer sales growth.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or sales with direct experience in sales enablement or sales training required.

  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation and evaluation).

  • Experience in designing training and workshops that help to enhance inclusive sales practices to foster a more culturally competent sales force.

  • Experience in demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusion in the workplace.

  • Strong project management skills; expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.

  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
