Hiring Range: Starts at $62,500 annually. Higher starting wage depending on experience, education, certifications, etc.

Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to provide the highest quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
Ensure that the daily operations of your assigned divisions run smoothly
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration by effectively managing staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating team members, as well as conducting regular staff meetings
Communicate and coordinate services with support teams to ensure that residents receive the comprehensive care and support they need to thrive
Plan and organize inclusive activities within the home and community that promote socialization, skill-building, and overall well-being for the individuals served
Review and submit incident and VA reports, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of annual documentation, medical records, and financial reports, while maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' privacy
Provide financial oversight for the household and residents' finances, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively
Cover direct care shifts as needed, remaining available to residents and staff during both scheduled and unscheduled shifts
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the program and the overall mission of the organization
Qualifications:
Meet qualifications of a Designated Manager, including:
A bachelor's (BA) degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
OR an associate (AA) degree in a field related to human services and 2 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
OR a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and 3 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or person age 65 or older
OR a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and 4 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1 to 3 above
3 years of proven supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
Willing to commit to and implement person-centered supports
Must demonstrate competency in the completion of the above-noted job responsibilities
Able to work at a computer and site for extended periods of time
Must be mature, polite, and possess team collaborative abilities
Must possess effective listening skills and strong overall social and communication skills
Department of Human Services background clearance
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally.
