Salary: $110K - $150K depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication:
Be the single point of contact for all customer and employee issues and inquiries.
Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback regarding the contracted services.
Maintain open lines of communication with employees to address any issues they may encounter while fulfilling their duties.
Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Develop relationships to grow the business beyond initial contract scope.
Foster a positive work environment for employees by showing appreciation for their efforts, providing opportunities for growth, and addressing any concerns they may have promptly.
Business Development
Developing effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
Developing relationships with new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through the organization.
Support proposal development actions using the Shipley business development methodology.
Contract Management:
Contract negotiations with our customers including bills rates and contract terms
Ensure that all contractual obligations and deliverables are clearly understood by both the company and the customer.
Monitor progress on designated contracts to ensure that contract terms, deadlines, bill rates, and deliverables are met.
Ensure positive Customer satisfaction
Problem Resolution:
Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the contract promptly and effectively, keeping both customers and employees informed of the resolution process.
Provide necessary support and resources to employees to help them overcome challenges and meet their responsibilities effectively.
Employee Assistance:
Offer guidance, training, and support to employees as needed to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their roles effectively.
Be available to listen to employees' concerns and provide assistance or guidance to help them address any challenges they may face.
Maintain positive employee morale.
Ensure all employees thoroughly understand contract requirements and their responsibilities / obligations.
Employee Engagement:
Provide recruiting support during the initial candidate selection and hiring process.
Join Human Resources as part of the welcoming committee during the New Hire Orientation.
Feedback and Improvement:
Solicit feedback from both customers and employees regularly to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and employee support.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions with customers and employees, including contracts, communications, and issue resolution processes.
Provide regular reports to management detailing the status of designated contracts, any issues encountered, and steps taken to address them.
Maintain Account profitability. Submit monthly Profit and Loss statements (P&L).
Review and validate contract billing.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
BS degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Management or related discipline
15+ years' experience in contract/program management with direct employee responsibility
10+ years' experience in Business Development/ Sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate employees

Great interpersonal and communication skills
Continuous Process Improvement / Lean Six Sigma (CPI/LSS) green belt certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
Experience in Program Management with Federal government contracts
Program Management Professional certification (PMP)
Understanding of Lean principles and continuous process improvement
Trained in Shipley business development methodology
