The San Diego City Attorney's Office protects the people of San Diego by serving as chief legal counsel to the City of San Diego's elected officials and operational departments; prosecuting and defending civil cases involving the City; and as the City's prosecutor on behalf of the People of the State of California, holding accountable those who commit crimes against the public health and safety and violate other local and state laws. Our municipal law firm employs over 175 lawyers and approximately 220 support staff, dedicated to providing legal services to the City of San Diego.

Your Safe Place - A Family Justice Center (YSP) is seeking applications for the Unclassified position of Program Coordinator. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

YSP is a local government agency dedicated to transitioning those experiencing domestic violence, elder abuse, family violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking into survivors. YSP is a team of professionals including counselors, forensic medical nurses, prosecutors, advocates, attorneys, law enforcement officials, and other social service providers. YSP provides services free of charge in a safe and confidential environment to empower survivors to break free of their abusers and traffickers, end the pattern of violence, and become thriving members of society.

NOTE: This position is state-funded, and funds are expected to be available through June 2026.
