As a Program Coordinator, you will work in an adult partial care setting in Berlin, Camden County, NJ. The partial care program provides individuals with the support needed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community utilizing principals of wellness and recovery with peer support systems.
Provide clinical support and interventions to clients
Facilitate therapeutic groups with a focus on wellness and recovery
Provide advocacy, case coordination and case management
Maintain clinical records as required by Agency policies
Provide support to medical team as well as act as a liaison with clients to maintain medical appointment schedule

Team oriented environment we practice the FISH! Philosophy
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BSW) and minimum of 2 years' experience in providing mental health services
Master's degree (MA, MS, MSW) in mental health, rehabilitation or human services field preferred
