PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to lead our Project SEARCH program in San Luis Obispo, CA. Project SEARCH is a unique one-year internship program that enables young adults with developmental disabilities to learn invaluable job skills in a competitive work setting.
In this role, you will ensure the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the internship program while directly supporting the interns in their training and development. We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized leader who has prior experience working with people with disabilities. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.

Develop and regularly review program curriculum to ensure that activities and supports are meaningful.
Coach and support interns by teaching soft skills such as professional communication, behavior and grooming/hygiene, and hard skills specific to the internship duties.
Review referrals for eligibility, conduct intern interviews, and process program intakes and exits.
Establish and maintain files for each intern. Write case notes, monthly student evaluations, and other reports regularly.
Collaborate with interns, employers, staff, and other partners to creatively address any issues affecting interns' training and employment.
Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.
2 years' experience working with individuals with disabilities is required.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Must pass pre-employment Live Scan DOJ fingerprint background check, TB screening and basic health screening.
Must have a valid driver's license with at least 5 years driving history and a satisfactory driving record. May require use of personal vehicle for work.
Strong communication and public relations skills.
Compensation and Benefit Package: $18.00 per hour.
