A client located in the Portland Metro area is looking to fill a Program Coordinator role to their support team in fast paced and continually adapting environment!
Primary functions will be Communications, Coordination, Portfolio Delivery, Transition Management, and Learning and Financial Management.
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills who can prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and with urgency.
Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Information Technology/Related Fields 3+ years' Project / Business Processes / Systems Management Experience Microsoft Office Proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Access) Microsoft Project / Visio / Tableau Preferred Interested?

If you're the one, here's what you'd be responsible for: Purpose The Program Analyst coordinates the execution of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, scrutinizing, and monitoring program activities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Program Analyst performs a wide range of duties, below is a sampling of some of the activities. Plan the program * Assist in planning the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization * Support creation of frameworks, strategy and collateral for overall program success * Coordinate new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization * Assist in developing and management of an annual budget and operating plan to support the program Organize the program * Verify that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization * Coordinate the collection and maintenance of meeting notes, action items and deliverables * Prepare and track action plans as defined by the Program * Manage the delivery of projects, programs and solutions Lead the program * Mentor and support program staff by providing direction, input and feedback * Communicate and liaise with clients, employees, management and other stakeholders to gain support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program * Coordinate the delivery of products and services among different program activities to increase organization effectiveness Control the program * Monitor and report on program activities including leadership elevation of status, issues and risks * Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks * Conduct regular program evaluations to identify areas for improvement and report findings and recommended changes to leadership * Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of a multi-team or cross-functional organization. Qualifications * A passion for technology and solving interesting challenges. * Proven problem solver and pragmatic thinker. * Self-starter and takes ownership in the quality of work being delivered. * Current knowledge of project/program management best practices. Understanding of agile delivery methods is a plus. * At least 3 years of experience working in technology. * Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, journalism, or equivalent work experience. * Skilled in one or more of the following: Project Leadership, Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, Administration or Management. * Possess the ability to translate business requirements into technical direction. * Collaborative mind, able to work with a team to deliver world-class solutions. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated track record of working within complex organizations requiring strong influencing skills - ability to work cooperatively at all levels in a matrixed environment * Demonstrated facilitation skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationship, partnership and interactions * Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate strategy, requirements and architecture conversations with all stakeholders (management, business users, and technology resources) * Self-starter with high motivation and passion who thrives in fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
