Job Description:

The Project Management COE has an immediate need for a thought leader to join the team as we continue to maintain our sphere of influence while transitioning into the new Agile environment. The expectation of the new team member will be to plug in immediately and provide ongoing support to existing processes and manage a global year-round training program while being a part of the strategic transformation of the BE organization. This is a demanding role with significant opportunity for the right individual as we will continue to look for ways to evolve in 2018 to continue to provide value in the ever changing environment.

Scope of Role & Complexity

  • Will influence and/or shape mid to short term objectives

  • May be required to have business-specific skills and will have significant exposure to broad department activities

  • Independent thought and action on important department activities

Skills & Knowledge

  • Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, project management and leadership skills

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills

  • Ability to control agenda

  • SharePoint development and maintenance knowledge is needed

  • Business specific application knowledge
