This position is located in Vehicle Services- Electronic Titles & Registration Unit, Blythewood SC, Headquarters.
Responsibilities of the Junior Business Analyst
Expertise in use of Phoenix System with a thorough understanding of all other adjacent programs which effect TRS/service provider/dealer input and/or customer service.
Serves as assistant to Senior Business Analyst with analysis and process implementation for changes in relation to titling and registering vehicles for electronic vehicle registration as well as title and vehicle registration for all other business units.
Provides support assistance for executing test plans related to vehicle title and registration for electronic title and registration for service providers/dealers as well as all other titles and registration business units.
Ensures all test hardware, software, and output products utilized in testing processes are properly secured according to agency security standards.
Attends all BA meetings and serves on business process improvement teams as required.
As directed, ensures projects are notated and tracked with details to changes in relation to codes of law, policies/procedures, and business process revisions.
Stays abreast of timelines of all projects assigned with attention to resource management in order to complete within prescribed timeline.
Perform other duties as requested.

Knowledge and expertise in MS office products.
Knowledge of DMV systems, policies, procedures and processes.
Ability to communicate effectively in relation to analyzing data pertaining to processes, procedures and laws pertaining to titles and registration, license plates, Infrastructure Maintenance Fees (IMF), research, and Electronic Registration and Titles (ERT).
This position answers directly to the Senior Business Analyst for Titles and Registrations of Vehicle Services with general supervision.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as a member of a team.
Must exercise discretion and sound judgment in making decisions and recommendations to senior management.
The position is based at Headquarters.
May require overtime (evenings/weekends).
Experience in quality improvements, defining business processes, system testing activities, implementation of business process and training documentation.
