Job Summary
This position is with the Evaluation Center housed within the College of Education. This position will oversee and manage a large grant.
The Program Coordinator II will:
Design and collect quantitative and qualitative data; Conduct analyses
Synthesize various aspects of a project into a cohesive report
Oversee project compliance and deliverables; Ensure internal and external project requirements are met, such as managing IRB and written reports
Work with the project team to identify scope and responsibilities
Assist in budget management
Serve as the point of contact for all inquiries
See macro/micro perspectives of a complex project
Build dashboards
Visualize data for reporting
Funding for this position is for two years. There is a possibility that additional funding would be acquired, and this position would continue to exist.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Research methods and survey design experience, Excels in Microsoft Office, Project Mgmt software, dashboard (Qualtrics), work well with faculty, self-starter, independent worker who takes initiative
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience
Master's preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to monitor, analyze and consult on long-term projects. Advanced organization and writing skills.
