Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator II role, under minimal supervision will coordinate administrative, personnel, and logistical support for the Alabama Preceptor Tax incentive Program. Serves as Data Entry Coordinator for the APTIP Database.
Under supervision of the Program Director, certifies eligible rotations and issues tax credit letters. The role will act as a communication liaison between the APTIP Program and community partners and stakeholders.
The Program Coordinator II carries out established program objectives and directives as well as follows established guidelines or protocols. May participate in program planning and in setting program objectives.
Interfaces with outside resources such as volunteers, alumni, patients, other professionals in a defined field or with continuing education students. May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
APTIP Data Entry, Cleanup, and Rotation Certification
Communicate with Program Partners and Stakeholders
Manage Calendar and Schedule Appointments for AHEC Director
Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $18.35 - $29.80
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
