What we want
We're seeking a Program Coordinator II, to work collaboratively with the grant team to effectively oversee recruitment, monitoring, and implementation of a Principal Residency Program, an embedded component within a large-scale, federally-funded education research grant that supports school enhancement and turnaround [Research-based Strategies and Artificial Intelligence for School Enhancement: Turning Around Schools (RAISE)]. More specifically, responsibilities include developing and maintaining partnerships with school districts to identify eligible principal resident candidates, screen applicants, organize interviews, collaborate with M.Ed. program advisors and faculty, communicate with stakeholders, create and implement timeline to reach project objectives, support research pieces including participant consent, implementation and participant tracking, and administration of surveys/protocols, and support development and implementation of Think Tanks and Leadership Institutes.

Essential Duties/Tasks
PR Program Coordination- Develop and maintain partnerships with school districts to recruit eligible principal resident applicants (communication, provide project overview, facilitate district recruitment). Develop/initiate site authorization/MOUs with partnering school districts in which principal residents are embedded. Complete district application as needed. Collaborate with project team to support data collection. Create and implement timeline to reach project objectives. Plan and implement related Think Tanks and Leadership Institutes.
PR Participant Coordination- Coordinate outreach to identify eligible principal resident candidates and guide them through the application process. Screen applicants, schedule interviews, organize interview panel. Collaborate with EAHR advisors to support residents and track course registration and M.Ed. program progress. Liaise with Leadership Coaches and consultants to provide participant supports. Facilitate administration of surveys/protocols and focus groups. Track and monitor participation across component activities.
Supervisory & Communication- Oversee graduate student(s) to support this component of the project. Ongoing communication with project team and stakeholders.
Resource Development- Develop, edit, and refine framework resources such as presentations, handbooks, etc. Support development of proposals and manuscripts.
