Starting Compensation:

$67,007.68 - $77,046.99 annual salary based on experience

Role:

Under the supervision of the MI-C Program Director, this position supervises the operation of the Wraparound Program serving children ages 0 - 21 who have a Serious Emotional Disturbance. Wraparound is an intensive service targeting youth who are at risk of, or returning from placements; are involved with multiple systems/service providers requiring enhanced collaboration; or are not benefiting from traditional services. In Livingston County, Wrapround is funded and overseen by Livingston Community Mental Health (the fiduciary and service provider), Livingston County Dept. of Health & Human Services, Livingston County 44th Circuit Court, Community Mental Health Partnership for Southeast Michigan, Livingston Educational Service Agency, and Livingston County Public Health Department. This is a full-time position to provide leadership for the MI-C Wraparound program. Will provide clinical and administrative supervision and oversight of staff, authorize and monitor services to consumers including the development of Wraparound plans and crisis/safety plans, oversee program activities, ensure adherence to Wraparound fidelity standards, act as staff to the Community Consultation Team and provide a degree of direct service as directed by Program Director. This position also supervises our Parent Support Partner and Youth Peer Support Specialist positions.

Valid Michigan driver's license required. Some evening hours required.

Job Specific Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling required with Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP or LPC.

Minimum of three years child/adolescent mental health experience. Effective teaming & strong collaboration skills are required. Wraparound experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
