JOB SUMMARY:
Executive Assistant to the Computer Science Masters Program Coordinator. Provides administrative support for recruiting and marketing for the Coursera students and industry partners. Conducts fiscal duties on behalf of the School of Computing including serving as the payroll support staff member. Preforms additional duties as assigned.

Payroll/Hiring Management:
Serves as the payroll manager for the School of Computing. Manages paysheet reports to ensure accuracy in payroll postings that each pay period meets salary commitments. Manages and completes the hiring process paperwork for all students within the School of Computing, including I-9's, Kronos time-sheets and vouchers. Communicates with the Financial Business Manager on all payroll commitments regularly.

Executive Assistant:
Provides administrative support for the Computer Science Masters Program Coordinator and the School of Computing. Coordinates meetings, calendars, and travel as needed. Provides knowledgeable responses to inquiries from outside the school as well as from Coursera. Applies policies and procedures while providing support to all that need assistance.

Program Support/Recruiting:
Assists with the design and development of the website, marketing materials, recruiting, and presentations for Coursera and the School of Computing. Serves as a liaison for the school, college, university offices, and programs related to Coursera such as the graduate school, international services, enrolled student services, and Clemson on-line. Manages social media postings for Coursera and the School of Computing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Work Experience: A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience: 1+ years of Administrative and payroll management experience.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Expected Salary Range: ($ 37,860.00 - $ 54,000.00)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL
Normal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
