Main Objective:

Coordinate all aspects of a program to ensure client expectations, company guidelines and contractual requirements are fulfilled during initiation and throughout the existence of each individual program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with AE, Client, and corporate staff via phone, email and in person

  • Answer AE and client inquiries or direct to appropriate area

  • Monitor inventory to keep levels and clients' monetary investment within established range

  • Generate reports and initiate any necessary actions based on analysis of data

  • Assure correctness of additions, updates and deletions of products in Fourgen and on web stores

  • Evaluate the pricing of products offered within program, suggest changes when appropriate

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Associates Degree, one to three year's clerical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous promotional products industry experience is helpful but not required.

  • Outstanding direct customer service

  • Effective oral/written communication via phone, email and in person

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in most other Microsoft Office applications

  • Organized and detail-oriented with proven time management and multi-tasking

  • Possess and project a positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations

  • Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision

  • Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements

  • Creative and 'out-of-the' box thinking to apply established concepts and policies to new and different situations

  • Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports

  • Flexibility to work with a team, take on new responsibilities and work overtime when required
