Expeditors is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Account Development Program (ADP) who is capable of providing exemplary service to our program leadership and management in the areas of program administration and support. This role includes both program and account level responsibilities and will work closely with the Account Development Program Manager as well as the regional Account Development Managers globally.

Key responsibilities include:

Administer content on company internal website relating to the Account Development Program (ADP), its membership and resources.

Manage process utilizing technology and people to onboard and qualify customers before entering into the Account Development Program.

Maintain current scoring of prospective Accounts for the program.

Set-up approved Accounts upon entry into the program, including customer records within relevant systems & draft profile documentation.

On-going maintenance of systemic records and documentation for Accounts that are "in program".

On-going support of the program relating to data consistency and integrity.

Prepare draft periodic program updates and program measurements for review and final editing by necessary program leaders.

Individual should have strong knowledge of EI operations, systems, and process and customer expectations.

Industry / company experience across functional areas including: Account Management, Sales, Product, and Service.
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience, with a Degree in Business Finance / Administration preferable.

Project / time management oriented skillset & aptitude.

Ability to design creative solutions to meet business needs.

Strong analytical, communications and leadership skills.

Familiarity with third party business registry services (ie. Hoovers / Dun&Bradstreet).

Strong aptitude with the Microsoft suite of applications (especially Excel).

Knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools a plus.

Constantly improve knowledge of Expeditors' operational procedures, systems and technologies.

Maintain 52 hours of training annually with focus on systems training and operations.

The coordinator also provides general program support for teacher education programs. This position reports to the Associate Dean of the College of Education. Major Functions Major functions include admissions management, pre-program advising, recruitment, marketing, program support, and supervision of student workers. Function 1: Admissions Management 25% Process complete applications for MIT, ENES, SPED, and EDLS programs. Coordinate admissions committee review and interviews of completed applications using the Customer Relationship Manager platform, Slate. Collaborate with graduate admissions counselors, COE faculty, and Professional and Continuing Education to move applications from incomplete through review. Collaborate with the Deans and faculty regarding application review, trends and requirements. Function 2: Program Management Support 25% Provide general advising to current students regarding program requirements, university policies, updates and deadlines. Process department/program-related forms. Support faculty with event planning. Track and monitor assigned budgets and execute orders. Maintain appropriate databases, listservs, and websites. Gather and compile data to prepare statistical reports for accreditation mandates. Function 3: Pre-Program Advising 20% Advises and counsels prospective and newly admitted students on university policies, endorsement requirements, prerequisites, and state certification tests. Coordinates with admission team and graduate admissions to communicates all pre-program requirements and orientation materials. Assists faculty advisors and certification specialist to put processes in place to ensure all students meet state endorsement requirements. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's degree Experience: * Two years' previous experience with responsibility for program coordination and academic advising, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
