Expected annual base salary range: $41,490 to $64,500

GPS level: P1

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Program Coordinator will be an integral contributor to the success of the eCOA, eLearning and Study Implementation teams. This role is responsible for supporting the coordination of study activities across departments including proposal and wok order preparation, harmonizing translation work across multiple studies and groups within Business Operations, and the development and maintenance of metrics and dashboard to support planning and resourcing The Program Coordinator will also support and scale the business unit through documentation management and seamless management of the lifecycle of eCOA and eLearning team tasks.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a clinical trial or research setting or other clinical setting

  • 1-2 years' experience in eCOA or Clinical eLearning setting preferred.

  • Ability to successfully handle and prioritize multiple work requests and/or projects simultaneously with little or no immediate supervision.

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Proven attention to detail and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and disciplines.

  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and assist with multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong record of problem solving/decision making skills.

  • Ability to multi-process, including analytical skills with a solution-based approach, driving key business initiatives to conclusion followed by process/initiative adoption.

  • Ability to utilize software tools (e.g., JIRA/Salesforce/MS Teams) to monitor deliverable progress.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Adobe and MS Project and the ability to produce detailed reports and presentations using these tools.

  • Must have patience and tolerance when working with ambiguity and processes/systems which are still under development with a willingness to be involved in operational detail to achieve.

  • Knowledge of GCP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

  • Responsible for management of digital assets for eLearning library

  • Coordinate departments Scales Management activities including project tracking, file sharing, localization management.

  • Assist with LMS QC completion, tracking and management as needed.

  • Collaborate with eCOA Clinical Scientist in the development of all study-specific eCOA documentation.

  • Support compiling of audit-related eCOA and eLearning documentation.

  • Develop expertise in JIRA and Monday.com (study management tracking); develop and maintain new form and study tasks within JIRA; review JIRA tasks for accuracy and consistency.

  • Create and track department metrics, and preparation of aggregated reports and/or dashboards.

  • Assist with new study triage/strategy activities.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned by management.

  • Ability to multi-process, delegate project tasks.

  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel domestically less than 5% of the time, including overnight stays as necessary, consistent with business needs and office location.
