The Cubixx Program Coordinator acts in support of the customer facing Cubixx Program. Primarily, the role coordinates all internal administrative Program requirements and resolution of issues. Also assists management in other daily operational tasks.
Coordinates trouble-shooting and issue resolution with Cubixx Hardware Team
Coordinates the on-boarding and off-boarding of Cubixx customers
Monitors inventory levels at all facilities in assigned territory and invoices, replenishes, transfers, and adjusts inventory as needed.
Monitors product aging, short-date, and overstock levels in Cubixx units. Makes recommendations for product rotation.
Coordinates returns with ASD Inventory Team and ASD Returns Department. Prepares packing lists for product rotation pickups
Through reporting and data analysis, makes recommendations for inventory level changes in Cubixx units.
Assists customers in issue resolution.
Assists management with daily operational tasks.
Prepares weekly and monthly reports as needed by both Management and Customers.
Sends daily billing notification and requests to customers.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Performs on-call duties as part of the Cubixx Program Coordinator on-call rotation. Includes rotating holidays.
Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships.
High school degree or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires less than one (1) year experience working in a customer service environment; medical or pharmaceutical background preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to deal calmly and effectively with problems via telephone while maintaining and promoting a positive image of ASD Healthcare
Good organizational skills; attention to detail and analytical skills
