Circles of Learning is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our growing program. Since 1972, Circles of Learning has been providing high quality affordable child care services and a comprehensive family support network.
We have been awarded the Illinois ExceleRate Silver Circle of Quality. Our facility is open from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Circles of Learning is currently interviewing for a Program Coordinator who will be a key player in our administration team. The Program Coordinator provides developmentally appropriate support for staff on a wide array of topics pertaining to children 4 to 12 years of age.
The Program Coordinator works directly with the preschool and school-age staff implementing educational goals and objectives of the agency, designs and monitors curriculum planning, oversees the implementation of the curriculum, and provides leadership to the teaching staff. The Program Coordinator acts as director as needed to maintain a director qualified presence at all times.
The position is full time, full year with benefits. All Circles of Learning staff must meet DCFS guidelines and be credentialed or willing to work toward a credential. The Program Coordinator must have at least a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development and/or Elementary Education and be DCFS Director Qualified.
Circles of Learning offers tuition reimbursement, pay for furthering education workshops as well as hourly wage reimbursement for furthering education up to 20 hours/year .
