Program Coordinator

BlueForce, Inc. is seeking for Program Coordinators to support the Program Manager. This position requires deployment to Sub-Saharan Africa.

This position is subject to contract award

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager by coordinating activities and daily operations of the program or specific Task Orders, assisting in the development of new or revision of program goals and objectives.

• Confers with, and advises staff and others, to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals; referring to appropriate department person when unable to respond.

• Assist with compiling the monthly status report that include periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies.

• Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods.

• Reviews applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.

• Plans workshops, meetings, or conferences and coordinates logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

Program Coordinator Level 1

• Bachelor's degree and at least six (6) years of prior professional program management experience.

Program Coordinator Level 2

• Master's degree and at least four (4) years prior professional program management experience.

Overall Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working with senior foreign military officials and/or senior foreign government officials.

• Fluent English language speaking and writing ability.

• Foreign language requirements may apply once contract is awarded.

• Citizenship requirements may apply once contract is awarded.

• Security clearance requirements may apply once contract is awarded.
