Basic Function and Responsibility:
The program coordinator for Biola LEARN undertakes a variety of administrative and project management tasks. In this role, you will facilitate the planning and organization of the team's workflow and operations in collaboration with the director. Additionally, you will leverage a variety of tools to facilitate and maintain the team's communication, project management systems, and ongoing course development.
Essential Duties:
Creating and managing a task management base for the effective project coordination of courses/certificates developed on Biola LEARNManaging and coordinating projects in the pipeline for Biola LEARNCreating monthly team presentations related to workflow to optimize and facilitate smooth operations to achieve team goals
Processing new requests for LEARN course development on LEARN project tracking system and DLV base on AirtableDeveloping interfaces to visualize and share data related to projects and financial progress with relevant shareholders
Developing and maintaining financial record-keeping systems for accurate payouts and organizational payment plans
Preparing all paperwork related to payouts to Course Authors and Course Providers (Statements of Account, Journal Vouchers, Compensation Requests)Managing cohort-based offerings through various tasks
Tracking payments made through check for payment plans Collaborating with internal and external partners of Biola LEARN (Digital Learning Video team, cohort leaders, program administrators) Creating visually striking and informative presentations for internal and external partners of Biola LEARN to increase awareness and foster partnerships
Non-Essential Duties:
Organizing and managing digital content in Biola LEARN's asset library Editing copies for Biola LEARN materials, including course text, promotional materials
Supporting course and certificate design on platform
Supervision Received:
This position reports to the Director of Biola LEARN
Qualifications
General: To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented and grow in confidence in your work with both internal and external partners. To succeed in this role, you will also need to develop a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Education: Bachelor's degree or two years of college education with commensurate administrative experience.
Skills: Strong Interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, close attention to details, self-motivated
