Amphenol PCD is hiring a Program Coordinator at our Beverly, MA location.

The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the APCD, AIMS and Customer Service to facilitate the efficient delivery of Cable Assembly products and services. The Program Coordinator will work with sales, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality to provide excellent customer service and achieve program objectives for delivery, cost, and quality.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages customer programs from purchase order through final delivery.

  • Coordinates internal and external resources, including low cost assembly operations, to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery of projects.

  • Establishes and cultivates excellent customer relationships. Serves as the primary interface with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide information.

  • Works with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products are produced per customer specifications and ECN processed on a timely matter.

  • Coordinates with Quality the Customer approval of FAI, Waiver & Deviations.

  • Regularly communicates with and updates customers regarding program progress, delivery dates and metrics.

  • Follows up with the customer in relation to quotes that were submitted and provides update to marketing on status.

  • Helps problem solve pricing and/or delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintains and monitors issues for each program to ensure timely resolution of all open actions and RMA's.

  • Performs risk management and escalates to management appropriately. (assessment)

  • Ensures compliance with internal standards, processes appropriately.

  • Ensures that all technical communications and shipments to customers are following ITAR if applicable.

  • Keeps continues communication of order status with AIMS, to coordinate efforts across the different locations and teams to meet the customer needs.

  • Supports AIMS to ensure deliveries are scheduled to meet customer requirements and inventory levels.

  • Maintains a shipping plan to meet the revenue goals.

Required Skills:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experienced in data management and reporting in administrative roles.

  • Effective task prioritization and deadline management in fast-paced settings.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience with ERP systems

  • Prior manufacturing experience
