Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance. This role specifically supports the F-15 International Program Family which are part of the TACAIR Product Line in the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. This role offers experience in a growing area with engaging programs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams

  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra

  • Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment

  • Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines

  • Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies

Countermeasure and ElectroMagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading industry capabilities. Our Operations Program Manager will oversee and manage a major development program in our ACES Program. The OPM serves as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, engineering design team and line management as the program design is proven out in our Pilot Lines and then ramps to our customers shipset rate per month along with the following duties: * Main focal point for the Program, Customer and Factory team. * Works with OPMs in ACES Development and Production programs to provide status and drive completions. * Works with ACES PSM and Programs to develop and execute Dual Source Strategies and Ramp to Rate Strategies for the Program. * Prepares and implements project execution plans and identifies technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed for the programs success. * Manages the programs budgets, quality and schedule to meet programmatic deliverables. Additionally, the OPM will assess the issues and lead the team to develop resolutions that meet productivity, affordability, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. * Provide guidance to identify the need for technical back up for decision making to the project team. * Needs to identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution. * Interface and coordinate production priorities within the Product Line. * Must have a current/active Secret Clearance. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience * A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following * Product transition to production as well as ramping production rates * Cost reduction, Cost take out, and affordability * Creating proposals * Interfacing with suppliers * Leadership skills (influencing in a matrixed organization: Teams w/o direct reporting relationships). Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Experience working with Supply Chain * Strong history with Cost Account Management * Experience working with suppliers and developing transition to production. * Experience working in the factory environment for Production programs.
