Seeking an experienced Clinician to join the team and provide clinical services to assigned client caseload, including development and implementation of treatment plan and individual and/or group therapy in a residential program setting. Job Description:

  • Provides clinical services to assigned client caseload, including individual, family and group therapy.

  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining and implementing group therapy schedule for the program.

  • Responsible for maintaining all required documentation in client records in compliance with Agency and State licensing and accreditation requirements. (Including but not limited to, comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, individual and group therapy notes, etc.)

  • Attends necessary meetings in support of assigned clients and families, including treatment planning meetings, psychiatric reviews, and external meetings (as needed).

  • Provides crisis intervention as needed in collaboration with the Residential program team.

  • Maintains regular communication with program staff, leadership and collateral providers, regarding treatment and progress of assigned clients.

  • Provides clinical consultation and training to staff and families.

  • Attends and participates in all relevant treatment and programmatic meetings, trainings as needed or assigned, including agency orientation, staff and team meetings, etc.

  • Provide transportation for clients to and from site. (in Agency vehicles as well as personal vehicle) .

  • Provides after hours on -call support in a rotation. (may require in-person response)

  • Ability to obtain required certifications and licenses, including but not limited to CANS, CPI, CPR, First Aid

  • Actively participate in supervisions and continues to maintain and develop own professional competency.

  • Personally responsible to maintain all professional licenses and certificates required for the position.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.

  • Minimum of two years' experience working with at-risk youth

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret client information, reports, clinical documents, education plans and the like.

  • Ability to reason and solve practical problems, deal with variety of concrete variables and interpret instructions furnished in various formats.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.

  • Cultural competency across diverse populations.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm
