REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Graduation from high school or its equivalent; and three years increasingly responsible budgeting and technical accounting experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. • Valid Class C California Driver's License and the ability to maintain insurability under the District's Vehicle Insurance Policy. • Knowledge of principles and practices of general accounting; methods of budget control and auditing procedures. • Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to special funding. • Knowledge of advanced record-keeping methods. • Ability to perform complex technical and clerical work following generally accepted principles and practices for accounting and auditing. • Ability to prepare clear and concise financial analysis reports; perform statistical and financial analysis. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
