Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
The Program Associate is a dynamic position with a variety of responsibilities. The incumbent reports to the Assistant Director of Continuing Education and collaborates with Senior Program Managers on continuing education programs. Duties include administrative and programmatic support to plan, execute, and evaluate ongoing programs while building relationships with prospective learners. Additional responsibilities include report development, virtual and hybrid program execution, and ongoing learner recruitment. The Program Associate will also be given a small portfolio of continuing education programs that support the ongoing mission of the Georgia Center. The Program Associate position is the first in a series of program coordinator positions leading to clear advancement opportunities within the Georgia Center's division of continuing education.

Advanced computer literacy skills including but not limited to MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS) and Customer Relationship Management software

Comfortable communicating in a hybrid environment including but not limited to TEAMS, Zoom Meeting
Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to use discretion with confidential information
Ability to use independent judgment
Working knowledge of office practices and procedures
