Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
The program assistant supports the organization and delivery of the programs and services of the Center for Teaching Excellence. This position will assist with the day to day operations of the department to include receptionist/front desk responsibilities.
This position reports to the Program Manager of Operations and Faculty Events. The position assists with and coordinates professional development activities for CTE clientele, which includes faculty, instructors, and graduate teaching assistants. This position also provides program development and administrative support for CTE staff.
Qualifications
Excellence in customer relations; considerable abilities in office procedures; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with typing and word processing equipment.
