GENERAL INFORMATION:The Program Assistant works with the management team of the Volunteers Pillar to plan, organize and perform a wide variety of specialized administrative and technical duties in support of the successful completion of work scope goals and deliverables for grant-funded projects. The Program Assistant works directly under the supervision of the Program Manager.QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of 1 year experience working with complex grant-funded projects or related program experience

Experience in coordinating community programs preferred, particularly in the areas of nonprofits or volunteer programsCDL and NCOE driving clearance required

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
