Job Responsibilities

The person in this position will assist in program management for all health programs implemented by First Steps local partnerships, to include: compliance monitoring through data reviews, development of protocol documents, site visits for monitoring and evaluation, compiling grant reports including fiscal and programmatic reports. Compile results from quarterly and annual reports for all program models for internal and external presentation.

Collaborate with First Steps staff, staff from local partnerships, health system partners, and staff from program models. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position Is located in the Office of First Steps.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, sociology, or education, with experience reviewing and synthesizing literature. Enrolled in or graduate of a master's or doctoral program from an accredited graduate program in a related field, such as public health, sociology, or education.
