Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partners is looking for a Full Time Program Assistant to join our outstanding team in our in Raleigh, NC location. Learning Services developes programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Responsibilities
Job Summary
This position assists in the management of program operations, functions, and various administrative responsibilities, which may include scheduling, petty cash/banking, billing, report typing, telephone answering, handling supplies, managing turnover of client bedrooms/admissions, working in coordination with food services clerical and other duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the management and clinical teams at assigned programs, including typing, editing of memos/ correspondence, photocopying and filing
Assists the program management team in developing and maintaining viable, functional and effective systems within the program, which may include handling petty cash, client scheduling, billing related tasks, supplies, organization of systems, and maintenance
Files, maintains and manages client and program records
Handles direct client activities as needed or requested by supervisor
Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages and assists with general questions as appropriate. Assists with operations systems, which may include:
Coordination of maintenance and program appearances
Banking/petty cash
Scheduling/coordination of available shifts
Ensuring client living spaces are prepared for admissions
Providing support for the Food Service or other program functions as needed (e.g., inventory management, organization, etc.)
Other administrative related tasks as necessary
Coordinates supply orders
Ensures implementation of governing policies and procedures (CARF, state licensing requirements, etc.)
Coordinates scheduling with other programs or locations to ensure proper utilization of staff or other resources, if necessary.
Maintains standards of cleanliness, maintenance and other health and safety related requirements
Demonstrates ability to support clients in difficult situations (e.g., refusal of activities, medications, and strategies)
Demonstrates ability to identify changes in clients' behavioral, medical, emotional, cognitive, and physical condition and alert applicable team members for appropriate care as needed
Qualifications
A high school diploma, along with three (3) years of relevant work experience is required. Must be proficient with computer skills and must have competence in planning, time management and communication skills.
Must be able to work independently, be extremely detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
The ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers is necessary.
A valid driver's license, insurance and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
